Welcome to Lyrafony! By accessing or using our platform—whether through the mobile app or the website—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the Service

Lyrafony is a music platform that offers original songs and lyrics for listening and use. The content is available through our mobile app (Android) —recommended for low-resource devices such as those running Android Go— as well as mobile browsers and the desktop web version. Users can enjoy free content. Lyrafony may also include access to podcasts, whether original productions or third-party content, available for streaming through the app or website.

2. Use of the Platform

Users are allowed to interact with the app freely. Content (lyrics and songs) is available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows personal and commercial use as long as proper credit is given to Lyrafony.

Some ads may appear in the app or website. These help support the platform and may include links to external sites.

3. Account Registration and Google Sign-In

Lyrafony allows users to sign in with their Google account. When doing so, a record is created in our database, enabling you to log in from any device using the same Google account.

We only store your email address, the country from which you connected at the time of registration, and the date of registration.

Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. Any activity carried out during a signed-in session is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4. Privacy and Data Use

For full details, see our Privacy Policy. In short, we collect only:

• Email address (for Google login)
• Country (to improve the service and display relevant affiliate ads)
• User activity within the app (to enhance the user experience)

We use cookies and localStorage to remember user preferences, such as dark mode or current playback state. All information is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All lyrics and songs on Lyrafony are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. You are free to use, adapt, and share the content for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you credit Lyrafony appropriately.

The Lyrafony name, logo, and platform design are protected and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lyrafony is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from using the platform or relying on its content.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Lyrafony at any time, with or without notice. These Terms of Service may also be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via the app or website.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by principles of international jurisdiction. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith under applicable international law.
